We remember all the fun times when Laurie, you John and I would get together for dinner and games and enjoyed each other’s company. Laurie was so interesting with so many different interest, it was hard to keep up with her. She was a trooper and fought so valiantly through all the illnesses that she went through. She was a fine lady. May she Rest In Peace.

To my flower/garden friend, my you be surrounded by beautiful flowers & gardens forever. I will miss you. Sharon.
Cal & I are still 'socially distancing' but our thoughts are with you and your family during this sad time. We believe the last time we saw Laurie was at an Elmira Little Theater production. It as such a lovely thing that you were able to share those theater events as a couple. It was an example of the many aspects of life that brought you both joy. May the memories of times shared bring you comfort now and in the time to come.
I’m sorry for the loss of your sweet and beautiful Laurie. I cherish those years of friendship and hair appointments. My memories of Laurie are full of laughter and fun. She was definitely a flurry of love and intelligence that made people admire the amazing person she was. Hugs to all her beloved family, especially her awesome husband Mike. Love, Maria Eaton
